连铸结晶器铜管异常结垢原因及改进

摘　　要：针对敬业钢铁公司方坯连铸结晶器铜管使用寿命低,分析了原因并进行了改进。认为结晶器铜管异常结垢降低了其使用寿命。而结晶器冷却水总硬度、Cl^(-)含量、电导率、总铁含量超标以及进水温度过高等因素综合作用导致了结晶器异常结垢。通过增加冷却水流量、控制进水温度、控制冷却水中自由[O]和总铁含量、补充新水降低水中Cl^(-)含量及电导率、管道做预膜处理等措施,改善了结晶器水质,避免了结垢现象,满足了生产需要。Aiming at the low service life of the copper tube of billet continuous casting mold in Jingye Iron and Steel Company,the reason was analyzed and improved.It is believed that the abnormal scaling of the copper tube of the mold reduces its service life.The total hardness,Cl^(-)content,conductivity,total iron content of the cooling water of the crystallizer exceeds the standard and the high inlet water temperature result in abnormal scaling.By increasing the flow rate of cooling water,controlling the inlet temperature,controlling the free[O]and total iron content in cooling water,adding new water to reduce the Cl^(-)content and electrical conductivity in water,and doing pre-film treatment of pipeline,the water quality of the mold is improved to avoid scaling phenomenon and meet the production needs.
