摘  要:电流效率对于镀锡产线锡层厚度控制十分关键。针对某公司镀锡机组产品锡层厚度及规格多,操作人员预判每卷电流效率存在困难,设计了一种基于产线过程自动化系统的带钢电流效率自学习控制模块。该自学习模块数据基于产线实际使用的电流效率,对每次实际使用的电流效率按带钢镀层、规格进行存储并不断优化,最终得到适合产线实际生产的最优电流效率,为操作人员提供可靠的数据依据,保证产线变规格时镀层厚度电镀准确性。经实际生产验证,该控制模块使用效果良好,能满足现场生产要求。Current efficiency is very important for tin layer thickness control of tin production line.A self-learning control module of strip current efficiency based on process automation system was designed in order to predict the current efficiency of each coil due to the large thickness and specification of tin layer in a tin plating unit of a company.The data of the self-learning module is based on the actual current efficiency of the production line.The current efficiency of each actual use is stored and continuously optimized according to the strip coating and specifications.Finally,the optimal current efficiency suitable for the actual production line is obtained,which provides reliable data basis for operators and ensures the plating accuracy of the coating thickness when the production line changes the specifications.The actual production verification shows that the control module has good effect and can meet the requirements of field production.
