摘 要:销轴连接是液压支架结构件的主要连接形式,其可靠性对液压支架的正常使用具有重要影响。基于赫兹接触理论,建立销孔处接触应力理论模型;采用ADAMS对液压支架各结构件受力分析,得到销孔受力情况;基于有限元法分析销孔处接触应力、变形及塑性应变。结果表明:在顶梁扭转、底座扭转工况下,销轴连接接触应力超过材料的屈服极限,其接触应力分布结果具有较强的非线性;销孔应力主要集中在销孔前端接触部位,销孔塑性应变集中在销孔前端接触部位,表现为挤堆效应,在正拉力下销孔两侧塑性应变更为明显。The pin joint connection is the main connection form of the hydraulic support structure,and its reliability has an important effect on the normal use of the hydraulic support.Based on the Hertz contact theory,a theoretical model of the contact stress at the pin hole was established;ADAMS was used to analyze the force of each structural member of the hydraulic support to obtain the force of the pin hole;the contact stress,deformation and plastic strain at the pin hole were analyzed based on the finite element method.The results show that under the torsion of the top beam and the base,the contact stress of the pin joint connection exceeds the yield limit of the material,and the contact stress distribution has a strong nonlinearity;the pin hole stress is mainly concentrated in the front contact part of the pin hole,the plastic strain of the hole is concentrated on the contact part of the pin hole,which shows the squeezing effect;under the positive tension,the plastic strain on both sides of the pin hole is more obvious.
