追寻专业与行业的最佳契合--评《图书馆专业发展之路》

摘　　要：随着制度供给的丰富和基础设施的完善,我国公共图书馆的生存问题基本得到解决,各馆积极探索创新发展之路,东莞图书馆的专业化探索成为其中的典型范例。文章从以专业为基、以服务为本、以创新为源、以特色为先、以交流为径5个方面,全面评述以东莞图书馆为研究样本的专业著作《图书馆专业发展之路》,以促进我国公共图书馆在新时代走好创新发展道路。With the institutional supply getting broadened and the development of infrastructure,the survival issue among public libraries in China has been addressed fundamentally;and various libraries are exploring the path for innovation-driven development actively.Dongguan Library’s exploration of professional development is a striking example.This paper presents an overview of A Library’s Exploration of Professional Development,a book edited by director LI Donglai of Dongguan Library.It highlights the library’s quests in terms of relying on professionalism,putting services first,being driven by innovation,giving priority to specialties and seeking the ways to exchange,so as to encourage Chinese public libraries to take the path of innovative development in the new era.
