五常市兴国粮油集中式财务管理模式研究

摘　　要：随着市场经济的逐渐完善,企业竞争日益激烈,企业财务管理模式也随着市场需求的变化而不断更新,不少集团公司的财务管理模式由分散式向集中式转化。以五常市兴国粮油集团公司为例,梳理了集中式财务管理的作用和实施前提,分析了五常市兴国粮油集中式财务管理现状及问题,并从健全企业财务管理信息系统、构建基于ERP系统的财务管理体系以及构建完善的企业集中式财务管理制度三方面归纳了完善五常市兴国粮油集中式财务管理问题的对策。With the gradual improvement of market economy,enterprise competition is becoming increasingly fierce,enterprise financial management mode is constantly updated with the changing needs of the market,the financial management mode of many group companies is transformed from decentralized to centralized transformation.Taking Wuchang Xingguo grain and oil group Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper combs the function and implementation premise of centralized financial management,analyses the current situation and problems of centralized financial management of Wuchang Xingguo grain and oil group Co.,Ltd.,and summarizes the countermeasures to improve the centralized financial management of Wuchang Xingguo grain and oil group Co.,Ltd.from three aspects:perfecting enterprise financial management information system,constructing financial management system based on ERP system and constructing perfect enterprise centralized financial management system.
