摘　　要：检波器是毫米波接收系统最常用的部件。对检波器的检波特性进行全面分析和测试验证,是研究接收机性能指标的一个重要前提。通过严格的理论分析和推导,论述一种毫米波检波电路在小信号下产生的振荡现象原因,并提出改进方法。Cymoscope is the most commonly used component in millimeter wave receiving systems. To improve the performance of the receiver, the detection characteristic must be analyzed thoroughly and be tested properly. Through theoretical analysis and derivation,one reason of oscillates under small-signal is discussed and the improvement methods are proposed in this paper.
