摘  要:【目的】通过研究喜树容器育苗过程中基质配比、缓释肥用量、容器规格等因素及其组合对苗木生长和质量的影响,探讨喜树容器苗在不同组合中的生长效果差异,筛选出最优育苗方案,为培育喜树优质容器苗提供技术参考。【方法】以喜树幼苗为材料,采用析因实验设计研究3种育苗因素对喜树容器苗生长和质量的影响,运用隶属函数法对各育苗组合的效果进行综合评价。【结果】3种育苗因素中,基质配比和容器规格对苗木生长影响最显著,对苗高、地径和高径比的影响均达极显著差异水平(P<0.01);缓释肥用量对苗木生长影响不显著,仅对苗高和高径比有极显著影响,对地径影响不明显。两因素之间的交互中,基质配比×容器规格交互效应最大,对苗高和地径均有极显著影响;基质配比×缓释肥用量交互效应其次,除对地径影响不显著外,对其他生长指标的影响均极显著;缓释肥用量×容器规格交互效应最小,仅对苗高影响达极显著效果。三因素交互效应只对苗高有显著影响。隶属函数综合评价表明:椰糠、泥炭、黄土的体积比为1∶1∶0、缓释肥用量为3 kg/m^(3)、容器规格为12.5 cm×16.0 cm组合方案是最佳育苗方案,其平均隶属函数值为0.56,综合排名第一。【结论】基质配比、缓释肥用量、容器规格不仅单独对喜树容器苗生长和质量有显著影响,而且它们之间的互作效应影响也很显著。综合排名前10的组合方案可在喜树容器育苗生产上加以应用。【Objective】In the cultivation process,the effects of factors such as matrix ratio,sustained release fertilizer(SRF)amount,container specification and their combinations on the growth and quality of Camptopheca acuminate container seedlings were studied.The optimal container seedling scheme for C.acuminate was screened.The technical references for the cultivation of high-quality container seedlings of C.acuminate were provided.【Method】Taking C.acuminate seedlings as the material,a factorial experimental design was adopted to study the effects of three factors on the growth and quality of C.acuminate container seedlings,and the effect of each combination was comprehensively evaluated by the membership function method.【Result】Among the three factors,matrix ratio and container size had the most significant effects on the growth of seedlings,and their effects on seedling height,ground diameter and height-diameter ratio showed significant differences(P<0.01).SRF amount had no significant effect on the growth of seedlings,but only had an extremely significant effect on seedling height and height-diameter ratio,and no obvious effect on ground diameter.In terms of the interaction between the two factors,the interaction effect of matrix ratio×container size was the largest,which had extremely significant influences on seedling height and basal diameter.The interaction effect of matrix ratio×SRF amount was the second,which showed no significant effect on ground diameter,but exhibited an extremely significant effect on other growth indicators.The interaction effect of SRF amount×container size was the smallest,which only had a significant effect on seedling height.The interaction of the three factors had a significant effect on seedling height.The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function showed that the best cultivation scheme was a combination of V(coconut bran):V(peat):V(loess)=1:1:0,an SRF amount of 3 kg/m^(3),and a container size of 12.5 cm×16.0 cm,and the average membership function value was
