摘 要:【目的】研究闽楠林不同演替时期的叶功能性状特征及其变异,揭示闽楠在演替过程中调整适应环境的机制以及对生存资源的利用方式。【方法】以闽楠演替过程的4个阶段为研究对象,测定叶长(LL)、叶宽(LW)、叶面积(LS)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶厚度(LT)、叶片含水率(LWC)、叶主脉直径(MVD)、叶初级脉密度(PPD)、叶碳含量(LCC)、叶氮含量(LNC)、叶磷含量(LPC)、叶钾含量(LK)、叶钙含量(LCa)、叶镁含量(LMg)等14个功能性状指标在演替中的变化规律和变异特征,分析叶功能性状间相互关系和主成分。【结果】LL、LW、LA、LP、MVD的可塑性指数均演替阶段Ⅲ最大,LT可塑性指数在演替阶段II表现为最大,SLA、PPD则在演替IV阶段最大,闽楠叶结构功能性状可塑性指数整体表现为叶形态性状大于叶脉功能性状。各闽楠叶结构性状变异系数CV表现为LA>LT>SLA>LW>PPD>LL>MVD>LWC,闽楠叶可塑性指数PI值表现为LA>LT=SLA>LW>LL>PPD>LWC>MVD。【结论】闽楠在幼苗期间叶片薄、比叶面积大等特征,获得更强捕获光能力,相对生长速率高和养分资源获取等能力,有利于演替初期提升生长速率和资源获取能力。随着闽楠演替过程第Ⅲ和IV阶段,闽楠在群落中占据更多的资源与优势,叶片长度变短,叶厚变厚,比叶片面积变大,这些闽楠叶片功能性状变异,表明随着演替阶段的深入,性状变异从种间竞争的作用转变到将碳水化合物用于提升养分储存效率以获得竞争优势。【Objective】The purpose of this study was to study the plant leaf functional traits in Phoebe bournei forest in different regeneration periods,to reveal the characteristics of community structures in the process of natural regeneration and restoration of Phoebe bournei forest,and explore the obstacles for natural regeneration.【Method】Taking the naturally renewed Phoebe bournei in four stages as the research object,the leaf length(LL),leaf width(LW),leaf area(LS),specific leaf area(SLA),leaf thickness(LT),leaf water content(LWC),leaf main vein diameter(MVD),leaf primary vein density(PPD),leaf carbon content(LCC),leaf nitrogen content(LNC),leaf phosphorus content(LPC)and leaf potassium content(LK)were determined.The changing rules and variation characteristics of 14 functional trait indicators such as leaf calcium content(LCa)and leaf magnesium content(LMg)during natural regeneration,and the relationship and principal components of leaf functional traits were analyzed.【Result】The plasticity indices of LL,LW,LA,LP,and MVD were the largest in the renewal stage III,the LT plasticity index was the largest in the renewal stage II,and SLA and PPD were the largest in the renewal stage IV,while the plasticity index of the leaf structure and function traits of Phoebe bournei was the largest.In terms of the overall performance,the leaf morphological traits were greater than the leaf vein functional traits.The variation coefficient CV of the leaf structure traits of Phoebe bournei was in the order of LA>LT>SLA>LW>PPD>LL>MVD>LWC,and the PI value of the leaf plasticity index of Phoebe bournei was as follows:LA>LT=SLA>LW>LL>PPD>LWC>MVD.【Conclusion】In the stages I and II of the natural regeneration of Phoebe bournei,the seedlings need a stronger ability to capture light,high relative growth rate,and high efficiency in resource acquisition,water conservation and assimilation.With the increase of the regeneration process of Phoebe bournei,the seedlings occupy more resources and advantages in the community,the leaf le
