摘 要:在拉伸试验测试屈服强度过程中,如果试样的中心线与试验机的加力轴线不在一条直线上,拉伸试样会受到水平方向的剪力作用,通过引伸计测量试样的变形量时会受其影响,得到的应力应变曲线出现不规范的线弹性段,必然会影响屈服强度测试的准确度。选择高中低6种钢级进行不同加持位置和夹持方式的试验,测得屈服强度差距很大,钢级越高影响越大,所以试样的夹持位置会严重影响了屈服强度的测试结果。In the process of yield strength measurement via the tensile test,if the center line of the specimen is not in light with the loading force axis of the testing machine,the tensile specimen will be subjected to a horizontal shear force that will affect the deformation amount of the specimen as measured with the extensometer,resulting in the irregular linear elastic section of the stress-strain curve that will in turn affect the accuracy of the yield strength test.The yield strength test is conducted with the specimens in six different high,medium and low steel grades as selected and clamped in different positions and with different methods.The test result shows that the yield strengths of the specimens as measured are quite different to each other,and that the higher the steel grade is,the influence on the strength as tested is more significant,which leads to such a conclusion that the clamping position of the specimen can seriously affects the result of the yield strength test.
