摘　　要：坚持人民至上的执政理念是中国共产党开展工作的政治传统,是中国共产党百年奋斗取得成功的秘诀,是中国共产党在中华民族伟大复兴事业中不变的初心。坚持人民至上是马克思主义的人本逻辑与中国共产党初心使命逻辑的辩证统一,科学阐释了发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的这一重大时代课题。站在两个百年奋斗目标的重大时间节点,中国共产党坚持人民至上就是要汲取党的百年奋斗重大成就经验,以党的集中统一领导画出最大同心圆;就是要贯彻落实“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的新发展理念;就是要以人民为中心,扎实推动共同富裕。The adherence to the governing idea of people supremacy is the political tradition of the Communist Party of China(CPC) to carry out her work, the secret to the CPC’s success in the past century, and her constant original mission in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As the dialectical unity of the people-oriented logic of Marxism and the original mission logic of the CPC, the adherence to people supremacy scientifically illustrates the major contemporary issue of development of the people, by the people, and for the people,. At the historical time node of two centenary goals, the CPC’s adherence to people supremacy is to learn from the successful experiences ofachievements in the past century, and to draw the maximum concentric circle with the centralized and unified leadership of the Party;it is to implement the new development concept of “innovation, coordination, green development, opening up, and sharing”;and it is to make people the central focus of development and make solidprogress in achieving common prosperity.
