單束自體半腱肌腱及股薄肌腱膝關節鏡下重建前十字韌帶損傷療效分析

摘　　要：目的回顧分析單束自體半腱肌腱及股薄肌腱膝關節鏡下重建前十字韌帶(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)損傷的臨床效果。方法2011年8月~2017年5月共98例患者接受關節鏡下單束重建ACL損傷。術前Lysholm評分平均為63.5±5.2分。結果全部獲得隨訪,隨訪時間為2~30個月,平均18個月。術後Lysholm評分增至平均91.3±3.1分。所有患者膝關節不穩消失,均可恢復正常工作,大部份可恢復體育鍛煉。結論應用單束自體半腱肌腱及股薄肌腱重建ACL損傷為理想的手術方式,效果滿意。Objective To analyze retrospectively the clinical effect of single-bundle autologous hamstring tendon knee arthroscopy reconstruction for 98 cases of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury.Methods Ninety-eight patients underwent arthroscopic reconstruction of a single bundle reconstruction of ACL lesions from August 2011 to May 2017.The preoperative Lysholm score averaged at 63.5±5.2 points.Results We followed up for 2 to 30 months with an average of 18 months.Postoperative Lysholm score increased to an average of 91.3±3.1 points.All patients with knee instability disappeared,and return to daily life.Conclusion The application of single-bundle autologous hamstring tendon is the ideal surgical method for the reconstruction of ACL injury.
