“与古为新”理念在城市更新中的应用——以睢宁古城改造为例

摘　　要：历史文化街区本身承载着独特的历史文化和记忆,但在城市更新的进程中,街区风貌受到极大破坏,丧失了原本的街区价值。“与古为新”的设计理念可以为此类街区改造提供新的思路。本文以徐州地区有代表性的历史街区—睢宁古城改造为例,从更新理念、现状特征和设计手法三个方面解读“与古为新”理念在项目中的具体应用,为我国同类街区的改造提供参考和借鉴。The historical and cultural block itself carries a unique historical culture and memory, but in the process of urban renewal, the style of the block has been greatly damaged and the original neighborhood value has been lost. The design concept of " creating new while respecting old" can provide new ideas for the reconstruction of such blocks. This paper takes the reconstruction of Suining Ancient City, a representative historical block in Xuzhou area, as an example,interprets the specific application of the new concept of " creating new while respecting old" in the project from three aspects: renewal concept, current situation characteristics and design techniques, so as to provide reference for the transformation of similar blocks in China.
