摘　　要：根据非人灵长类动物生物安全三级实验室的使用要求和特点,结合实际工程案例,对负压猴笼、ⅡB2型生物安全柜、负压解剖台、动物呼吸暴露系统等有排风要求的防护设备的通风系统设计要点进行了分析,讨论了设置该类防护设备的非人灵长类生物安全实验室的设计,并探讨了2种不同通风控制策略的优缺点。指出当房间设置该类防护设备时均需考虑设备的各种运行工况及在不同工况下设备排风量的变化对房间压力带来的影响,并应考虑此时房间送风量的相应变化策略及节能性。According to the requirements and characteristics of non-human primate biosafety level 3 laboratories,combined with actual engineering cases,the ventilation system design key points of negative pressure monkey cages,ⅡB2 biological safety cabinets,negative pressure dissection tables,animal respiratory exposure systems and other protective equipment with exhaust requirements are analysed,the design of non-human primate biosafety laboratory with such protective equipment is discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of two different ventilation control strategies are discussed.It is pointed out that when the room is equipped with such experimental equipment,it is necessary to consider the various operating conditions of the equipment and the impact of the change of the exhaust air volume of the equipment on the room pressure under different working conditions,and consider the corresponding change strategy and energy saving of the room air supply volume at this time.
