摘 要:通过实验对颗粒物在新风换气机换热器表面的沉积规律及积尘对换热器性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:对于相同结构的换热器,风量越大,相同粒径颗粒物的沉积分数越小;风量为250~350 m^(3)/h时,在0.3~10.0μm粒径范围内,颗粒物的沉积分数随着粒径的增大而增大;随着运行时间的增加,积尘量增大,积尘30、70 d后,换热器的平均全热交换效率比未积尘时分别降低2.314%和5.613%。对减少颗粒物在换热器表面的沉积提出了建议。The deposition law of particles on the surface of heat exchanger of outdoor air ventilators and the effect of dust deposition on the performance of heat exchangers are studied by experiments.The results show that for the heat exchangers with the same structure,the larger the air volume is,the smaller the deposition fraction of particles with the same particle size is.When the air volume is 250 to 350 m^(3)/h,the deposition fraction of particles increases with the increase of particle size in the particle size range of 0.3 to 10.0μm.With the increase of operating time,the amount of dust deposition increases.After 30 and 70 days of dust deposition,the average total heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger decreases by 2.314%and 5.613%compared with that in the clean state,respectively.Some suggestions are put forward to reduce the deposition of particles on the surface of the heat exchanger.
