摘　　要：目的探討應用“病床利用矩陣”對床位工作進行合理的評價。方法將2006年~2009年病床使用率和周轉次數轉化成病床利用矩陣,對本院各科室及各等級的床位工作效率進行分析。結果各科室的病床使用情況位于不同的類型(效率型、周轉型、壓床型和閑置型);F等級床位由效率型轉向周轉型,A等級床位由周轉型轉向閑置型,B等級床位波動在不同的類型之中,最后維持在效率型,C等級床位由壓床型轉為效率型。結論採用病床利用矩陣可對全院床位進行方便、快捷的評價。Objective To evaluate the value of matrix model in analyzing the utilization of hospital beds.Methods Data of utilization rate and turnover times of hospital beds of Kiang Wu Hospital form 2006 to 2009 were used.The matrix model was performed to measure the difference of the utilization and efficiency of hospital beds.Results The hospital beds service in different departments varied in different specific types.Results from the matrix model show that F rank hospital beds shift from efficient type to turnover type and A rank hospital beds shift from turnover type to idle type.B rank hospital beds varied in different types and finally maintain in efficient type.C rank hospital beds shift from inactive type to efficient type.Conclusion The matrix model can succeed in evaluating the efficiency of hospital beds,which serves as a convenient and quick method.
