摘  要:选用2099铝锂合金作为基体,制备阳极氧化膜,研究了电解液中植酸体积分数对阳极氧化膜的微观形貌、成分、厚度、硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量植酸后,促使形成较平整、结构致密的阳极氧化膜,并使阳极氧化膜的厚度增加,抵御弹塑性变形能力和阻碍电化学腐蚀能力增强,因此硬度和耐蚀性能提高。而过量植酸的添加,导致阳极氧化膜表面疏松,厚度和硬度都降低,耐蚀性能随之下降。当电解液中植酸体积分数为5 mL/L时,制备的阳极氧化膜表面平整且结构致密,其厚度为14.2μm,硬度达到360.5 HV,电荷转移电阻与不添加植酸时制备的阳极氧化膜相比提高约1.58×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2),表现出优良的耐蚀性能。该阳极氧化膜经铈盐溶液封闭后平整度和致密性明显改善,成分除了4种元素Al、O、C和P外,还含有Ce元素。封闭过程中反应产物的填补作用与覆盖封闭作用叠加,使铈盐封闭后阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性能更好,表现出优良的耐磨性能。The anodic oxidation films were prepared on 2099 aluminum-lithium alloy matrix,and the effects of the volume fraction of phytic acid in the electrolyte on the microstructure,composition,thickness,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the anodic oxidation films were studied.The results showed that when the phytic acid was added,the anodic oxide film with relatively flat and dense structure was formed,and the thickness of the anodic oxide film was increased.The ability to resist elastic-plastic deformation and hinder electrochemical corrosion was enhanced,so the hardness and corrosion resistance were improved.However,adding excessive phytic acid would lead to the loose anodic oxidation film,the thickness and hardness were reduced,and the corrosion resistance was weakened.When the volume fraction of phytic acid added in the electrolyte was 5 mL/L,the anodic oxide film was smooth and compact with thickness of 14.2μm and hardness up to 360.5 HV.The charge transfer resistance was increased by about 1.58×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2)compared with the anodic oxidation film prepared without adding phytic acid,showing excellent corrosion resistance.The flatness and compact‐ness of the anodic oxidation film were obviously improved after being sealing treatment with cerium salt solution,and the composition included four elements of Al,O,C and P,and also contained Ce element.The filling effect of the reaction products generated in sealing process was superimposed with the covering effect,so that the corrosion resistance of the anodic oxidation film after sealing treatment with cerium salt solution was better,exhibiting excellent wear resistance.
