摘 要:铜-金刚石复合镀层用于电火花加工的工作电极,可以提高电极在电火花加工中的耐久性;镍-金刚石复合镀层用于硬脆材料的精加工,能提高精度且不损伤材料。本文总结了影响镀层性能的诸多因素,分析了铜/镍-金刚石复合电沉积研究现状,介绍了旋转式电极的复合电沉积发展进程,采用旋转圆柱电极方式的复合电沉积工艺可以细化晶粒,抑制边缘效应,提高镀层质量。因此,铜/镍-金刚石旋转圆柱复合电沉积的研究将有利于旋转刀具镀层的制备,发展前景广阔。Cu-diamond composite coating is used for working electrodes to improve its durability in electrical discharge machining, while Ni-diamond composite coating is used for finishing hard and brittle materials to improve the accuracy without damaging the material. In this paper, the factors affecting the coating performance were summarized, the research status of Cu/Ni-diamond composite electrodeposition was analyzed, and the development process of composite electrodeposition of rotating electrode was introduced. The composite electrodeposition process using the rotating cylinder electrode method can refine the grains, suppress edge effects, and improve the coating quality. Therefore, the study of Cu/Ni-diamond rotating cylinder composite electrodeposition will be conducive to the preparation of rotating tool coating and has bright prospect.
