摘  要:微生态制剂是一类根据微生态学理论研发的对动物机体具有积极调节作用的微生物制品,近年来微生态制剂的研究和应用得到了快速发展。微生态制剂主要分为益生菌、益生元和合生元。微生态制剂在使用过程中不易产生耐药性与药物残留,是抗生素的最佳绿色替代品之一,具有提高动物生长性能和免疫能力等有益作用,在畜牧养殖中被广泛应用。本文对微生态制剂的发展现状和作用机制进行简述,并论述微生态制剂在绵羊养殖中的应用及效果,以期为微生态制剂的研究以及在绵羊养殖中的开发应用提供参考。Microecological preparations are a class of microbial products processed according to the theory of microecology and have positive regulatory effects on the animal organism developed.The research and development of microecological preparations have been developed rapidly in recent years.Microecological preparations are mainly divided into probiotics,prebiotics and synbiotics.Microecological preparations are less likely to produce drug resistance and drug residues in the process of application,and one of the best green alternative to antibiotics,with beneficial effects such as improving growth performance and enhancing immunity,and are widely used in animal husbandry.This review briefly summaried the development status and mechanism of action of microecological agents,and discussed the application and effects of microecological agents in sheep breeding,in order to provide data for the research of microecological agents and the development and application of microecological agents in sheep breeding.
