摘 要:为探究补喂L-瓜氨酸对湖羊母羊发情前后血浆中繁殖激素水平、繁殖性能的影响,试验选取体重(41.12±5.73)kg湖羊母羊30只,随机分为2个处理组,分别为CON组和L-Cit组,每组15只羊,每天每只羊饲喂2.2 kg TMR,在此基础上,L-瓜氨酸补喂量分别为0、10 g/d·只,进行为期96 d试验。结果表明:(1)发情前湖羊母羊血浆中促性腺激素释放激素、促卵泡成熟激素、促黄体生成激素、雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、催乳素含量各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)发情时湖羊母羊血浆中促性腺激素释放激素、促卵泡成熟激素、促黄体生成激素、雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、催乳素含量各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)L-Cit组增重、平均日增重均极显著高于CON组(P<0.01),分别提高了43.33%、44.30%。(4)L-Cit组受胎率、产羔率及双羔率均高于CON组,分别提高了49.99%、19.98%、36.36%。综上所述,在本试验条件下,补喂10 g/d·只的L-瓜氨酸能够提高湖羊母羊总增重、平均日增重和繁殖性能,但对湖羊母羊发情前、发情时血浆中繁殖激素的含量无显著影响。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of supplementary feeding of L-citrulline on the level of reproductive hormone in plasma and reproductive performance of Hu sheep ewes before and after estrus.Thirty Hu sheep ewes weighing(41.12±5.73)kg were randomly divided into two treatment groups:con group and L-cit group,with 15 sheep in each group.Each sheep was fed with 2.5 kg per day 2 kg TMR.On this basis,the supplementary feeding amount of L-citrulline was 0 g/d and 10 g/d.The experiment was carried out for 96 days.The results showed that:(1)The contents of gonadotropin releasing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,progesterone,testosterone and prolactin in the plasma of Hu sheep ewes before estrus had no significant effect among the groups(P>0.05).(2)During estrus,the contents of gonadotropin releasing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,progesterone,testosterone and prolactin in plasma of Hu sheep ewes had no significant effect among the groups(P>0.05).(3)The weight gain and average daily gain of L-cit group were significantly higher than those of con group(P<0.01),increased by 43.33%,44.30%.(4)The conception rate,lambing rate and double lambing rate in L-cit group were higher than those in con group,increased by 49.99%,19.98%,36.36%.To sum up,under the conditions of this experiment,supplementary feeding of 10 g/d L-citrulline could improve the total weight gain,average daily weight gain and reproductive performance of Hu sheep ewes,but it had no significant effect on the content of reproductive hormone in plasma before and during estrus.
