社会生态系统理论下中年群体健康扶贫研究——基于CFPS数据的实证分析

摘　　要：健康扶贫是我国的一项重大民生工程。文章依据中国家庭追踪调查(China family panel studies,CFPS)数据,基于2010—2020年6次CFPS数据分析我国贫困中年群体慢性病患病率,并在社会生态系统理论下对2020年CFPS数据中的贫困中年群体自评健康及影响因素进行分析。结果显示,微观层面影响因素为午休习惯、情绪积极、较高学历;中观层面影响因素为看病点医疗水平不好、对医生信任度好;宏观层面就业问题不严重对贫困中年群体自评健康有显著正向影响。因此可从个人参与、社会支持、政策优化三个方面构建健康扶贫逻辑,强调对贫困中年群体健康扶贫的多元主体协同共治。Health poverty alleviation is a vital project for people’s livelihood in China,so it is essential to pay attention to the achievement and influencing factors of health poverty alleviation in the general environment.Based on six CFPS data from 2010 to 2020,this study first analyzed the prevalence of chronic diseases among the middle-aged poverty population of China. Subsequently,this study analyzed the self-rated health of the middle-aged poverty group and its influencing factors in 2020 CFPS data under social-ecological system theory.The results showed that the micro-level influencing factors were the habit of lunch breaks,positive emotions and higher educational background. The meso-level influencing factors were the poor medical treatment level and the well-trust in doctors. The macro-level influencing factors revealed that the absence of employment problems significantly positively affects the self-rated health of the middle-aged poverty group. Therefore,this study suggests constructing the logic of health-based poverty alleviation from three aspects:individual participation,social support and policy improvement,emphasizing the synergistic and diversified treatment for health poverty alleviation of middle-aged poverty group.
