摘 要:气体继电器作为电力变压器主要的非电量保护装置,其作用日益凸显。传统检测方法无法反映气体继电器液位,且运维中会出现轻瓦斯误报警等问题。基于此,首先分析气体继电器的工作原理,提出采用非导电体电容传感器,实现气体继电器内气体容积实时监测;然后,通过对瓦斯保护模块和液位测量模块的选型分析、优化设计,构建一种新的智能气体继电器在线监测方案,基于气体继电器内气体容积变化状态量,可对电力变压器进行更精准、及时地故障诊断,并完成了样机加工;最后,通过不同液位高度和不同环境温度两种情况下的试验对比,验证该容积测试方法的可行性。该方法对于发现变压器潜伏性故障,实现油浸式电力变压器状态监测,保障电网设备和人员安全具有重要意义。Gas relay is the main non-electrical protection device of transformer,which plays an important role. Traditional detection methods can not reflect the gas relay level,and there will be gas relay false alarm in operation and maintenance.Firstly,the working principle of gas relay was analyzed,and a non-conductive capacitance sensor was proposed to realize the real-time monitoring of gas volume in gas relay.Then,through the selection analysis and optimization design of gas protection module and liquid level measurement module,a new on-line monitoring scheme of intelligent gas relay was constructed.Based on the change state of gas volume in the gas relay,more accurate and timely fault diagnosis of power transformer was realized,and the prototype processing was completed.Finally,the feasibility of the volumetric testing method was verified by comparing the two conditions of different liquid level heights and different ambient temperatures.The proposed method is of great significance for discovering the latent faults of transformer,and realizing the condition monitoring of oil immersed power transformer,which ensures the safety of power grid equipment and personnel.
