摘 要:为准确掌握灌溉供水水泵流量调节性能,提高技术升级改造后加压泵站供水可靠性和灌溉经济效益。根据下寨一级泵站灌溉供水现状,对比阀门开度和水泵转速来调节流量的能耗特性,提出“一拖一”单泵控制变频调速节能技改方案。工程应用实践表明,变频调速系统能根据灌溉供水管网实时压力调整水泵电机输入电源频率,通过改变水泵转速动态调整输出流量,确保水泵机组按作物需水量进行合理调节,保持在高效运行工况。通过合理技术升级改造后,加压泵站综合自动化水平得到有效提高,同时水泵机组灌溉供水能耗大大降低,应用节能经济效益较好。In order to accurately grasp the flow regulation performance of irrigation water supply pump,improve the water supply reliability and irrigation economic benefits of pressure pump station after technological upgrading.According to the current situation of irrigation and water supply of Xiazhai first-level pump station,comparing the energy consumption characteristics of valve opening and pump speed to adjust the flow rate,the energy-saving technical reform scheme of “one drag one” single pump control frequency conversion speed regulation is proposed.The engineering application practice shows that the frequency conversion speed regulating system can adjust the input power frequency of the pump motor according to the real-time pressure of irrigation water supply network,and dynamically adjust the output flow by changing the speed of the pump,so as to ensure that the pump unit can be adjusted reasonably according to the crop water demand and keep in high efficiency operation condition.The comprehensive automation level of the pressurized pump station has been effectively improved through the reasonable technical upgrading,and the energy consumption of irrigation water supply of the pump unit has been greatly reduced,and the application of energy saving and economic benefits are good.
