摘 要:为研究不同材料热阻断拉结件剪切性能,对自主研制的玻璃纤维套筒和钢套筒拉结件夹芯保温墙板进行剪切试验,对比两种热阻断拉结件夹芯保温墙板破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线和DIC应变云图。得出结论:玻璃纤维套筒比钢套筒拉结件极限荷载大8.18%,达到极限荷载时玻璃纤维套筒比钢套筒拉结件位移小7.14%,玻璃纤维套筒剪切性能优于钢套筒拉结件。研究结果可为轻质夹芯墙板拉结件的选型提供依据。In order to study the shear properties of thermal blocking ties of different materials,shear tests were carried out on the sandwich insulation wallboard of glass fiber sleeve and steel sleeve ties independently developed,and the failure modes,load-displacement curves and DIC strain patterns of the sandwich wall panels of the two kinds of thermal blocking ties were compared.It is concluded that the ultimate load of the glass fiber sleeve is 8.18%larger than that of the steel sleeve,and the displacement of the glass fiber sleeve is 7.14%smaller than that of the steel sleeve when the ultimate load is reached.The shear performance of the glass fiber sleeve tie piece is better than that of the steel sleeve tie piece.The research results can provide a basis for the selection of lightweight sandwich wall panel tie parts.
