摘  要:伴生气输送管道在实际运行过程中,受地形起伏的影响,管道低洼处和上坡段容易形成凝液,从而造成管输效率降低、管道压降增大、水合物生成、形成段塞流以及管道内腐蚀加剧等一系列问题,因此,对起伏地形伴生气管道的凝液治理十分重要。采取不同的工艺方式降低伴生气的水露点、烃露点等特性,研究无水氯化钙脱水装置对伴生气工艺脱水效果,并对无水氯化钙装置和氮气吹扫进行经济性评价,综合得出无水氯化钙装置适用于长庆油田分散伴生气起伏地形输送管道凝液治理,且具有较高的经济价值。During the actual operation of associated gas transmission pipeline,affected by topographic relief,condensate is easy to form in low-lying and uphill sections of the pipeline,resulting in a series of problems such as reduced pipeline transmission efficiency,increased pipeline pressure drop,hydrate generation,slug flow formation,and increased corrosion in the pipeline. Therefore,it is very important to control the condensate of associated gas pipeline in rugged terrain. Different process methods are adopted to reduce the water dew point,hydrocarbon dew point and other characteristics of associated gas. The dehydration effect of anhydrous calcium chloride dehydration unit on associated gas process is studied,and the economic evaluation of anhydrous calcium chloride unit and nitrogen purging is conducted. It is concluded that anhydrous calcium chloride unit is suitable for condensate treatment of scattered associated gas transmission pipeline in undulating terrain of Changqing Oilfield,and has high economic value.
