摘　　要：钻井现场设备按功用分旋转、提升、循环、动力与传动、控制等系统,包括绞车、柴油机、钻井泵等各种机械设备,设备内部结构普遍使用齿轮传动、链条传动,在日常的生产过程中,因设备长期带负荷运转,不可避免的因各种原因干扰而形成各种机械故障,造成停工、停产,减缓工作时效,浪费大量人力物力。正确维修保养钻井机械设备,保证齿轮、链条、轴承部件的润滑效果的目的就是确保设备运行正常,确保设备使用的完好率,让钻井机械设备更好的工作。Drilling field rotating equipment according to the function points,ascending,circulation,power transmission and control system,including the winch,diesel engine,mud pump and other mechanical equipment,equipment internal structure commonly used gear transmission,chain transmission,in daily production process,due to long-term loading operation inevitable interference due to various reasons and form all kinds of mechanical failure,Cause shutdown,production,slow down the work of time,waste a lot of manpower and material resources. The purpose of correct maintenance of drilling machinery and equipment to ensure the lubrication effect of gear,chain and bearing parts is to ensure the normal operation of equipment,ensure the integrity rate of equipment use,and make drilling machinery and equipment work better.
