摘　　要：设计了一种柔性光杆超长冲程抽油机,实现了超长冲程、超低冲次、传动效率高、系统效率高、运行可靠、节能;并对抽油机机架、驱动、平衡、让位等结构进行了优化,结构紧凑,冲程达到18m,进行了试验验证。下一步根据现场应用情况,进一步对其结构进行优化,并推广应用,提高抽油系统效率。This paper designs a flexible light rod ultra-long stroke pumping unit,to achieve ultra-long stroke,ultra-low stroke,high transmission efficiency,high system efficiency,reliable operation,energy saving;The structure of pumping unit frame,drive,balance and displacement is optimized. The structure is compact and the stroke reaches 18m,which is verified by test. The next step is to optimize the structure according to the field application,and promote the application to improve the efficiency of the pumping system.
