摘  要:复杂深井钻井与生产过程中,都出现不同程度的套管挤毁与损坏,这说明套管设计时,没有充分考虑固井后环空水泥环对套管的保护作用、地层应力的作用、压裂增产载荷的影响等。从理论与试验测试方面分析了固井注水泥完成后,环空水泥环对套管有效强度的影响。建立了水泥环卸载控制方程:在原有理论的基础上修正得到水泥环弹性卸载控制方程和利用厚壁筒理论拉梅解和莫尔-库伦强度准则建立水泥环塑性卸载控制方程。利用卸载系数描述水泥环对套管有效抗外挤能力的提升效果,得到一定的规律性认识:水泥石弹性模量越大,水泥环的弹性卸载系数越大,水泥石屈服强度越大,水泥环的塑性卸载系数越大;水泥环厚度越大,水泥环的弹性和塑性卸载系数更大;套管局中度越大,水泥环的卸载系数越大;常规水泥环对套管有效抗外挤能力的提升可以达到10%以上,选择合适的水泥浆体系配合优良的固井质量。In the complex deep wells,there are varying degrees of damage during the post-drilling and production process,which shows the effect of cement sheath on casing protection,formation stress and fracturing stimulation load are not fully considered during casing design. In this paper,the effect of annular cement sheath on the effective strength of casing after cementing is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The control equation of cement ring unloading is established and the control equation of cement ring plastic unloading is established by using thick-walled cylinder theory Lamen solution and Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion. The effect of the unloading coefficient on the effective effect of the cement ring on the effective external resistance of the casing is obtained. The larger the elastic modulus of cement paste,the larger the elastic unloading coefficient of cement sheath,The larger the yield strength of cement paste,the larger the plastic unloading coefficient of cement sheath,The greater the thickness of cement sheath,the greater the elastic and plastic unloading coefficients of cement sheath,The larger the casing location,the larger the unloading coefficient of cement sheath,Conventional cement sheath can improve the effective anti extrusion ability of casing by more than 10%. Select the appropriate cement slurry system to match with excellent cementing quality.
