摘 要:中国海上及陆地油田每年钻上千口探井,一般探井多以直井为主,但部分区域地层倾角很大,钻探过程自然增斜现象非常突出,采用传统起钻投测斜仪由于井斜角滞后反应,很大程度存在井眼井斜超标被迫报废回填,而直接采用随钻WMD测斜费用极高,如何有效保证井深质量且相对费用合理成为当前面对的难题,开发一种相对简单随钻测斜工具替代WMD成为解决问题的关键。Thousands of exploratory wells are drilled in offshore and onshore oilfields in China every year. Most of the exploratory wells are vertical wells, but in some areas the formation dip angle is very large, and the natural inclination increase in drilling process is very prominent, because of the lag response of the deviation angle of the wellbore, the deviation of the wellbore is over-standard and forced to be scrapped and backfilled by using the traditional WMD, while the direct use of WMD is very expensive, how to ensure the well depth quality effectively and the relative cost reasonably has become a difficult problem. Developing a relatively simple tool while drilling to replace WMD has become the key to solve the problem.
