摘  要:随着环渤中西南凹陷太古界潜山地层的重大发现,渤海油田加大了深部地层的勘探力度,然而渤海地质条件复杂,压力系统难以预测,对深钻技术的需求迫在眉睫。大尺寸井眼深钻技术作为一项综合技术,以井壁稳定技术为载体,结合地质卡层等相关配套技术,通过工程、地质紧密结合,科学探索井身结构极限条件,在某探井创造了16″井眼、12-1/4″井眼井深纪录,将不同压力系统及复杂地质构造精准封隔,最终实现深钻技术突破。该技术体系的成功应用为渤海油田深钻奠定了技术基础,为后续探索更深、更复杂地层提供了宝贵经验,推广意义重大。With the great discovery of the buried hill strata of the Archean in the southwest depression of the Bohai Rim,Bohai Oilfield has strengthened the exploration of deep strata. However,the geological conditions and pressure systems of Bohai Sea are quite complicated,so the large-size borehole deepdrilling technology is urgently needed. As a comprehensive technology,large-size borehole deepdrilling technology combines borehole stability technology with geological jamming and other related technologies,through the close combination of engineering and geology,scientific exploration of the limit conditions of well structure,and created a borehole depth record of 16 "hole and 12-1/4" hole in an exploration well,accurately isolating different pressure systems and complex geological structures. Finally achieve deep drilling technology breakthrough. The successful application of this technology system has laid a technical foundation for deep drilling in Bohai oilfield,and provided valuable experience for the subsequent exploration of deeper and more complex formations,so it’s of great significance.
