摘 要:胜利储气库油气藏储层岩石有弱-中等水敏现象,导致注采过程中容易出砂,准确的出砂预测是中高渗储层出砂防控的关键基础。采用出砂静、动态预测模型,对Y21井出砂预测分析,同时结合国内外储气库完井技术和经验,推荐采用筛管完井。模拟了不同材质在实际井下工况条件下的腐蚀性情况,获得腐蚀速率,为井下油套管材质选择提供依据。同时通过应力计算选择合适的钢级。通过数学计算模型,计算筛管在不同孔密、孔径以及相位角等不同参数对最大应力和表皮因子的影响规律,运用多目标优化方法,得出筛管布孔参数的最优组合,初步推荐防砂筛管基管的网孔设计。The rocks of the oil and gas reservoirs of Shengli storage are weak-medium water sensitivity,resulting in easy sand production during the injection process. Accurate sand prediction is a key foundation for the prevention and control of the sand from the medium-high permeability reservoir. Adopting static and dynamic sand prediction models,analyzing the prediction sand production in Well Y21,and combined with domestic and foreign gas storage completion technology and experience,it is recommended to use the screen well. The corrosivity of different materials under actual underground conditions is simulated,and the corrosion rate is obtained,which provides a basis for the selection of the casing materials. At the same time,the suitable steel grade is selected by stress calculation. Based on the mathematical calculation model,the effects of different parameters such as different holes,pores,and phase angles on the maximum stress and skin factor were calculated. By using the multi-objective optimization method,the optimal combination of screen hole parameters is obtained. The mesh design of base pipe of sand control screen is recommended.
