摘  要:利用COMSOL进行不同应力下锚具声学特性的有限元分析,并通过试验对不同应力下的锚具进行声学特性试验研究,对时域信号进行傅立叶变换得到频谱信号,对频谱信号进行归一化及对数正态分布拟合,得到钢绞线预应力与对数标准差λ之间的关系。结果表明:对数标准差λ与钢绞线预应力之间存在着良好的对数函数关系,在不同钢绞线预应力下,可以通过测量锚头的对数标准差λ来确定钢绞线预应力值,为钢绞线预应力的检测提供了一种方便、快捷的测量方式。The tension quality of prestressed steel strand is very important.At present,there is a lack of convenient and fast measurement methods.The finite element analysis of the acoustic characteristics of anchorage under different stress was carried out by using COMSOL,and the experimental study of the acoustic characteristics of anchorage under different stresses was carried out through the test.The time domain signal was transformed with Fourier transform,and the spectrum signal was obtained.The spectrum signal was normalized and the lognormal distribution was fitted,and the relationship between the prestress of steel strand and logarithmic standard deviationλwas obtained.The results show that there is a good logarithmic function relationship between the logarithmic standard deviationλand the prestressing force of the steel strand.Under different prestressing forces of the steel strand,the prestressing force of the steel strand can be determined by measuring the logarithmic standard deviationλof the anchor head.This study provides a convenient and fast measurement method for the detection of steel strand prestress.
