摘  要:针对破片杀伤弹内层壳体外刻槽的双层壳体结构,利用LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对比分析了内壳刻槽参数对外壳破裂成型的影响。结果表明,同种工况下,U形刻槽和梯形刻槽内壳聚能装药结构外层壳体破碎成型优于V形槽,且在刻槽角度为45°和50°工况下,内壳梯形刻槽结构使外层壳体破片总动能最大;内壳的厚度、相对刻槽深度和刻槽角度均会影响该结构外层壳体破片成型,且内壳厚度影响最大,刻槽角度次之,相对刻槽深度最小;内壳厚度在1 mm~3 mm区间内,装药结构外层壳体破碎成型效果存在最优值,且装药直径为40 mm时,内壳最佳厚度为2 mm。Aiming at the double-layer shell structure of the inner and outer shell of the fragment killing bomb, the influence of the inner shell notch parameters on the outer shell fracture forming was comparatively analyzed by LS-DYNA finite element analysis software. The results show that under the same working conditions, the U-shaped groove and trapezoidal groove inner shell shaped charge structure is superior to the V-shaped groove for the outer shell fracture forming, and the trapezoidal groove structure of inner shell makes the total kinetic energy of outer shell fragment maximum under the working conditions of 45° and 50° groove angles. The thickness, the relative groove depth and the groove angle of the inner shell all affect the fragment forming of the outer shell of the structure, and the thickness of the inner shell has the greatest influence, followed by the groove angle, and the relative groove depth is the smallest. When the thickness of inner shell is in the range from 1 mm to 3 mm, the crushing and forming effect of outer shell of charge structure has an optimal value, and when the charge diameter is 40mm, the optimal thickness of inner shell is 2 mm.
