摘  要:为探明膛内积水对火炮发射的影响,采用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立空气-积水-发射药-药室-身管-弹丸耦合的三维模型,并考虑空气-积水-发射药-身管-弹丸结构间流固耦合的作用,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对不同积水状况下的火炮发射过程中药室所受的压力以及弹丸的速度、加速度、所受压力进行了仿真模拟,研究了在不同积水状况下火炮发射时药室内的压力变化以及对弹丸的影响模式。研究结果表明:膛内积水可以消耗部分弹丸动能;火炮发射时,膛内积水会使药室内侧壁压力增加5%~7%,而膛底压力随着膛内积水的增加而减小;弹丸的速度与加速度随着膛内积水的增加而减小,弹丸达到最大加速度的时间随着膛内积水的增加而延后。In order to explore the influence of water in bore on gun firing, a three-dimensional coupling model of air, water, propellant, chamber, barrel and projectile was established by using three-dimensional modeling software of SolidWorks. Considering the fluid-solid coupling between the structure of air, water, propellant, barrel and projectile, the pressure on the chamber, the velocity, acceleration and pressure of the projectile during the firing process under different water conditions were simulated by using LS-DYNA finite element software. At the same time, the pressure change in the chamber and the influence mode on the projectile were studied under different water conditions. The results show that the accumulated water in the bore can consume part of the kinetic energy of the projectile. As the gun is fired, the water in the bore makes the side wall pressure in the chamber increased by about 5%-7%, while the pressure at the bottom of the bore decreases with the increase of water in the bore. The velocity and acceleration of the projectile decrease with the increase of water in the bore, and the time for the projectile to reach the maximum acceleration is delayed with the increase of water in the bore.
