摘 要:目的随着我国快递行业快速发展,快递分拣人员单调重复作业易引起作业疲劳,文章探索快递分拣人员疲劳的评价方法。方法选取Y企业T市分拣中心12名分拣人员为研究对象,通过疲劳症状自评量表获得作业疲劳的主观评价数据,运用实验法和模拟法获得其作业疲劳的客观评价数据,进一步采用改进模糊Borda法对12名研究对象作业疲劳数据进行组合评价。结果12名快递分拣人员的疲劳聚类结果分为低疲劳、中度疲劳、严重疲劳三类。结论该评价方法可以有效测定快递分拣人员作业疲劳程度。Objective With the rapid development of China's express delivery industry,sorters are prone to operational fatigue due to monotonous and repetitive operations.This paper explores a method to evaluate the fatigue of sorters in express industry.Methods In this paper,12 sorters in a sorting center of Y enterprise in T city were selected.The subjective evaluation data about their work fatigue were obtained through the fatigue self-assessment scale(FSAS),and the objective evaluation data of their job fatigue were obtained through experimentation and simulation.Furthermore,the improved fuzzy Borda method was used to evaluate the fatigue data from those 12 subjects.Results The fatigue clustering results of 12 sorters were divided into three categories:low fatigue,moderate fatigue,and severe fatigue.Conclusion Therefore,this method can effectively measure the work fatigue levels of sorters in express industry.
