摘 要:为提高荩草扦插成活率和生根数,设置3温度(15℃、20℃、25℃)和5浓度生根剂(0、1000、2000、3000和4000mg/L)交互处理,测定成活率和根性状(根数和根长),分析生根剂浓度和温度对扦插生根的影响。结果表明:温度、生根剂浓度、生根剂浓度和温度协同作用极显著影响扦插成活率和根性状(P<0.01),适宜温度为20℃,最适生根剂浓度为3000mg/L。20℃和3000mg/L协同作用,成活率达90.67%、根数达8.65条/株,根长达38.57cm/株,可在生产中推广应用。In order to improve the survival rate and rooting number of Arthraxon hispidus cutting,by setting 3 temperatures(15℃,20℃,25℃)and 5 concentrations of rooting agent(0,1000,2000,3000 and 4000mg/L),15 interaction processes were formed.The survival rate and root characters(root number and root length)were measured to analyze the effects of rooting agent concentration and temperature on rooting.The results showed that:The temperature,rooting agent concentration,and interaction processes synergistic significantly affected the cutting survival rate and root properties(P<0.01).The suitable temperature for A.hispidus cutting was 20℃,and the optimum rooting agent concentration was 3000mg/L.Under the synergistic effect of 20℃and 3000mg/L,the survival rate was 90.67%,the number of roots was 8.65 pieces/plant,and the length of roots was 38.57 cm/plant,which could be popularized and applied in production.
