摘 要:将气雾化制取的铁镍钼粉末经过绝缘、压制等工艺制成磁粉心。在氮气气氛保护下,研究了不同热处理温度后铁镍钼磁粉心的电磁性能变化。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,铁镍钼磁粉心的磁导率增大。在650℃的热处理40 min后,在f=50 kHz、B_(m)=100 mT测试条件下,磁粉心的功耗达到最低值155 mW/cm^(3),磁粉心的磁导率为130,50 Oe下的磁导率直流叠加特性为55%。磁导率的直流叠加特性随着热处理温度的升高而降低,这是由于热处理温度越高,磁粉心内应力释放越完全,越容易被磁化所导致的。The FeNiMo powder produced by gas atomization technology was insulated and pressed to make magnetic powder cores.Under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere,the changes of electromagnetic properties of the FeNiMo magnetic powder cores after different heat treatment temperatures were studied.The results showed that the magnetic permeability of FeNiMo powder cores increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature.After the heat treatment at 650℃for 40 min,the power consumption of the magnetic powder core reached the lowest value of 155 mW/cm^(3) under the test conditions of f=50 kHz and B_(m)=100 mT,and the magnetic permeability of the core was 130,and the DC superposition characteristic of the magnetic permeability at 50 Oe was 55%.The DC superposition characteristic of magnetic permeability decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature,which is caused by the fact that the higher the heat treatment temperature is,the more complete the internal stress release of the magnetic powder core is and the easier it is to be magnetized.
