催化裂化废机油制备烃类燃料油

摘  要:以车用废机油为原料,在固定床反应装置上进行催化裂化反应。考察不同分子筛催化剂、反应温度和质量空速对液体产物的产率、理化特性和成分的影响。结果表明,在反应温度440℃、质量空速4.82 h^(-1)条件下,以NaY分子筛为催化剂对废机油进行催化裂化所得液体产物产率最高,为65.97%,此条件下得到的液体产物的酸值为0.5 mg(KOH)·g^(-1)、粘度为1.4 mm^(2)·s^(-1),密度为0.753 6 g·cm^(-3)。GC-MS分析表明,所得烃类燃料油主要由碳链长度为C5~C12的轻烃组成,其中烷烃含量为质量分数26.58%、烯烃含量为质量分数29.34%、芳香烃含量为质量分数20.83%。The catalytic cracking reaction was carried out in a fixed bed reactor with waste motor oil as raw material.The effects of different molecular sieve catalysts, reaction temperatures and mass space velocities on the yield, physicochemical properties and composition of liquid products were studied.The results showed that under the reaction temperature of 440 ℃ and the mass space velocity of 4.82 h^(-1),the yield of liquid product obtained by catalytic cracking of waste oil with NaY molecular sieve as catalyst was the highest, 65.97%.The acid value of the liquid product obtained under this condition was 0.5 mg(KOH)·g^(-1),the viscosity was 1.4 mm^(2)·s^(-1),and the density was 0.753 6 g·cm^(-3).In addition, GC-MS analysis showed that the obtained hydrocarbon fuel oil was mainly composed of light hydrocarbons with carbon chain length of C5-C12.The alkane mass content is 26.58%,the olefin mass content is 29.34%,and the aromatic hydrocarbon mass content is 20.83%.
