摘  要:某大型化工生产企业300kt/a合成氨装置采用谢尔渣油气化流程,1996年建成投产。2005年,合成氨装置进行了“油改气”(原料由渣油改为天然气)技改。近年来,天然气使用的用户增加,使用量递增,导致价格大涨,造成合成氨生产成本持续增加,以天然气为原料的合成氨装置,必须从技术改造、节能改造等方面采取措施,降低综合能耗。通过采取一系列节能降耗措施,生产成本大幅降低,效果非常明显。The 300kt/a synthetic ammonia plant of a large chemical production enterprise adopted the Schell residue gasification process,which was completed and put into operation in 1996.In 2005,the“oil to gas”(feedstock changed from residual oil to natural gas)technical transformation was carried out for the ammonia plant.In recent years,the number of users using natural gas has increased,resulting in a sharp rise in the price of raw natural gas,resulting in a continuous increase in the production cost of synthetic ammonia.For synthetic ammonia plants using natural gas as raw material,measures must be taken through technical transformation,energy-saving transformation and other aspects to reduce comprehensive energy consumption.By taking a series of energy saving and consumption reduction measures,the production cost has been significantly reduced,and the effect is very obvious.
