摘  要:工控自动化发展势头持续加速,气动调节阀在石油化工自动控制过程中也获得普遍应用,并且具有结构简单、稳定性强等特点,为系统的有效工作保驾护航。气动调节阀依据行程一般分为直行程和角行程,依据结构特征一般分为直连单座阀、膜式阀、球阀、翻板阀和套筒阀等。基于此,对气动调节阀在石油化工自动控制过程中的选择展开分析。The development momentum of industrial control automation continues to accelerate,and pneumatic control valves have also been widely used in petrochemical automatic control processes,with simple structure,strong stability and other characteristics,ensuring the effective work of the system.Pneumatic control valves are generally divided into straight stroke and angular stroke according to stroke,and are generally divided into direct single seat valve,membrane valve,ball valve,flap valve,sleeve valve and other types according to structural characteristics.Based on this,this paper analyzes the selection of pneumatic control valve in petrochemical automatic control process.
