摘  要:准东采油厂稠油集输系统实施多年以来,虽然取得了较好效果,但仍存在着诸如油品损耗量大、系统效率低、能耗高等影响经济效益的关键技术问题。随着新疆油田开发时间延长和原油产量下降,这些问题越来越突出。目前,新疆油田已进入高含水期,开采难度加大,生产成本不断上升,严重制约了新疆油田整体开发水平。节能减排是一项长期任务。所以,对集输系统的能耗损耗评估技术进行研究,发现当前工艺流程能耗较大的生产操作问题,然后有针对性地提出调整和改造的具体措施,对提高新疆油田生产操作的经济效益有着十分重要的作用。Although the heavy oil gathering and transportation system of Zhundong Oil Production Plant has been implemented for many years,it has achieved good results,there are still some key technical problems such as large oil consumption,low system efficiency,high energy consumption,etc.that affect economic benefits.With the extension of Xinjiang oilfield development time and the decline of crude oil production,these problems are becoming increasingly prominent.At present,Xinjiang has entered a period of high water cut,with increasing difficulty in exploitation and rising production costs,which has seriously restricted the overall development level of Xinjiang Oilfield.Energy conservation and emission reduction is a long-term task.Therefore,it is very important to study the energy consumption assessment technology of the gathering and transmission system,find out the production operation problems with large energy consumption under the current process flow,and then propose specific measures for adjustment and transformation,which will play a very important role in improving the economic benefits of production and operation in Xinjiang Oilfield.
