摘 要:环境化学分析是实现污染检测的关键,需要合理对固相萃取技术进行应用,提高污染物质的分离检测效果。基于此,先从水体基质、气态基质、固态基质三个方面对固相萃取技术应用范围进行分析;再从有机氯化合物、多环芳烃、硝基苯酚等方面解析固相萃取技术的具体应用,为环境化学分析提供技术支持,实现对环境污染物的有效控制,进而满足环境化学的检测指标。Environmental chemical analysis is the key to realize pollution detection.It is necessary to reasonably apply solid phase extraction technology to improve the separation and detection effect of pollutants.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application scope of solid phase extraction technology from three aspects:water matrix,gaseous matrix and solid matrix;Then analyze the specific application of solid phase extraction technology from the aspects of organic chloride compounds,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,nitrophenol,etc.,to provide technical support for environmental chemical analysis,achieve effective control of environmental pollutants,and thus meet the detection indicators of environmental chemistry.
