摘 要:随着国家对能源合理利用的重视,为全面贯彻新发展理念,推进我国碳达峰碳中和工作,提高重点行业能源利用率显得尤为重要。针对我公司能源利用现状,提出优化酯化反应乙醇蒸馏冷凝公用工程的能源利用结构,以提高循环水的利用率作为目标,降低能源的耗用,节约用能成本,提高经济效益。通过对厂区公用工程循环水、冷冻盐水管道系统的使用情况进行梳理,计算该车间酯化反应乙醇蒸馏工序的冷凝、冷却操作的用水情况,提出具体改造方案。With the national emphasis on the rational use of energy,in order to fully implement the new development concept,promote the peak carbon neutralization work in China,and improve the energy utilization rate of key industries,it is particularly important to optimize the energy utilization structure of the esterification reaction ethanol distillation and condensation utility in WorkshopⅡ,reduce energy consumption and save energy costs,To improve the economic benefits,this time,by sorting out the use of circulating water and chilled brine pipeline systems of utilities in the plant area and workshopⅡ,the water consumption for condensation and cooling operations in the esterification reaction ethanol distillation process of the workshop is calculated,and a specific transformation scheme is proposed.
