摘　　要：对火炬气在线监测系统的组成进行了阐述,通过介绍色谱分析仪、火炬气参数(温度、压力、流量)的测量原理、预处理单元及回收稳压模块等,并结合实际案例进行设计选型,最后对火炬在线监测系统在环保领域的发展和应用进行了展望。This paper describes the composition of the flare gas online monitoring system,introduces the explosion-proof gas chromatography analyzer,the measurement principle of the flare gas parameters(temperature,pressure,flow),the pretreatment unit and the recovery voltage stabilization module,and designs and selects the type based on the actual case.Finally,the future development and application of the flare online monitoring system in the field of environmental protection are prospected.
