摘　　要：以化工生产技术技能大赛精馏设备为例,通过研究设备最佳工况参数,如进料量、回流比、回流量、进料塔板、操作温度等,为学生在大赛中能快速建立塔内平衡,使精馏塔达到稳定生产,从而获得大赛要求的产品浓度和产量;分析了实验过程中常见问题;最后通过最佳工况参数进行实验,从而验证了研究的意义。Taking the distillation equipment in the chemical production technology skills competition as an example,through the study of the best working condition parameters of the equipment,such as the feed rate,reflux ratio,reflux,feed tray,operating temperature,etc.,students can quickly establish the balance in the tower in the competition,so that the distillation tower can achieve stable production,thus obtaining the product concentration and output required by the competition;The common problems in the experiment were analyzed;Finally,the significance of the study is verified through the experiment of the optimal operating parameters.
