摘 要:超滤膜分离技术拥有诸多的优势,如灵活高效、性价比较高等,成为新一代的净水技术,广受市场的好评。超滤膜具有选择性,能够实现隔开不同的组分,由此实现分离纯化的作用。超滤膜的其断面区域一般都是不均匀的,因为其组成为各种结构的功能层,通常超滤膜拥有两层结构,一个是支撑层,其结构较厚且疏松,一个是选择性皮层,其结构较薄且紧凑。近年来,膜技术不断发展,水处理的各个领域中都有超滤膜应用的成功案例,如工业废水处理、海水淡化处理等。然而,油脂类物质引起的膜污染限制了超滤膜的应用。基于此,主要对超滤膜的改进和其抗油脂类污染特性进行了研究。Ultrafiltration membrane separation technology has many advantages,such as flexibility,high efficiency,high cost performance,and has become a new generation of water purification technology,which is widely praised by the market.Ultrafiltration membrane is selective and can separate different components,thus achieving separation and purification.The section area of the ultrafiltration membrane is generally uneven,because it is composed of functional layers of various structures.Generally,the ultrafiltration membrane has two layers of structure,one is the support layer,which is thick and loose,and the other is the selective cortex,which is thin and compact.In recent years,with the continuous development of membrane technology,there are successful cases of ultrafiltration membrane application in various fields of water treatment,such as industrial wastewater treatment,seawater desalination treatment,etc.However,membrane fouling caused by lipid substances limits the application of ultrafiltration membranes.Based on this,the improvement of ultrafiltration membrane and its anti-oil pollution characteristics were studied.
