摘 要:玻璃钢生产过程中会产生挥发性有机物、颗粒物等大气污染物,由于生态环境保护意识和污染治理水平不高,企业在治理的过程中存在思路不清、投入不大、效果不佳的问题。以某玻璃钢生产企业为例,从企业生产现状分析入手,找出废气治理存在的问题,提出具体的改造升级方案,确保废气污染物稳定达标排放,为中小型玻璃钢加工企业废气污染治理提供参考。Volatile organic compounds, particulates and other air pollutants will be produced in the production process of FRP. Due to the low awareness of ecological environment protection and pollution control level, enterprises have problems such as unclear ideas, low investment and poor results in the process of control. Taking a FRP production enterprise as an example, starting from the analysis of the current production situation of the enterprise, the paper finds out the existing problems in waste gas treatment, puts forward specific transformation and upgrading plans to ensure the stable emission of waste gas pollutants up to the standard, and provides a reference for the treatment of waste gas pollution in small and medium-sized FRP processing enterprises.
