摘　　要：在采掘机械煤岩截割的大背景下,展开了煤岩截割试验结构的研制及试验研究,基于机械系统、液压系统和测控系统的设计,通过试验装置进行不同截割速度和不同截割深度的截割试验,通过相关参数的变化,分析其对截割三向力、截割碎屑粒度的分布及截割比能耗等因素的影响。In the context of coal rock cutting of mining machinery,the development and experimental research of the coal rock cutting test structure was carried out.Based on the design of mechanical system,hydraulic system and measurement and control system,cutting tests with different cutting speeds and cutting depths were carried out by the test device,and the influence of the relevant parameters on the three-way force of cutting,the distribution of particle size of cutting debris and the energy consumption of cutting ratio was analyzed through the change of relevant parameters.
