摘  要:矿用蓄电池电力机车在传统的充电过程中,经常会出现充电时间长、充电线漏电等情况。基于此,提出了一种新型的矿用电力机车无线充电系统。该系统的核心部件是松耦合变压器。采用有限元软件ANSYS Maxwell对松耦合变压器一次铁芯与二次铁芯匹配误差对工作效率的影响进行深入研究,并进行了实验验证。仿真和测量结果表明,铁芯气隙越小,变压器效率越高;当位移误差在规定范围内时,对变压器的影响也很小。In the traditional charging process of mine battery electric locomotive,there are often situations such as long charging time,charging line leakage,etc.Therefore,a new wireless charging system for mine electric locomotive is proposed.The core component of the system is a loosely coupled transformer.The influence of matching error between primary core and secondary core of loosely coupled transformer on working efficiency is studied by using finite element software ANSYS Maxwell,and experimental verification is carried out.The simulation and measurement results show that the smaller the core air gap is,the higher the transformer efficiency is.When the displacement error is within the specified range,the influence on the transformer is also small.
