摘 要:针对某煤炭企业运行中的带式输送机跑偏问题,借助Adams有限元仿真计算软件,开展了调心托辊正压力对纠偏能力影响规律的研究工作。结果表明,输送带轴向力和跑偏量随调心托辊正压力的增大而增大。之后修改了企业带式输送机运维手册,明确可以把微调输送带运行速度作为抑制输送带跑偏的方法使用,试验应用表明,调心托辊正压力与跑偏量的变化规律准确,通过微调输送带运行速度可以改善输送带跑偏程度,为煤炭企业运维工作提供技术支撑。Aiming at the deviation problem of belt conveyor in the operation of a coal enterprise,Adams finite element simulation software was used to carry out the research on the influence law of the positive pressure of altener roller on the deviation correction ability.The results show that the axial force and deviation of conveyor belt increase with the increase of positive pressure of aligning roller.After modifying the enterprise belt conveyor chance d manual,clear can fine-tune the conveyor belt speed used as inhibition of the conveyor belt running deviation method,test application show that the self-aligning roller was running deviator stress and the change rule of accurate,by fine-tuning conveyor belt running speed can improve the conveyor belt running deviation degree,for the coal enterprise operations provides the technical support work.
