摘  要:在基础工业中,原料库区的起重机无人化和智能仓储管理建设,是推进基础工业智能工厂建设极具代表性的一项技术。结合实时三维重建技术及设备自动控制技术建立整套散料库起重机无人化系统,其中包括料堆实时建模、起重机精确定位、协同控制技术、智能调度以及起重机设备健康管理技术,去掉了天车驾驶员,减少了地面操作人员,改善了工人劳动环境,降低了劳动强度,通过标准化作业实现精准定位,并通过可视化及动态跟踪物料,提高了作业效率;通过优化物料存放、多起重机协同工作、上料间隙卸车、双车上线等技术,提高了极限工况下作业效率。利用信息流贯通,提高物流精准度;通过统一调度数据信息,贯通全流程生产计划优化,全方位提升了智能工厂的生产效率。In the basic industry,the construction of unmanned cranes and intelligent storage management in the raw material storage area is a highly representative technology to promote the construction of smart factories in the basic industry.Combining real-time three-dimensional reconstruction technology and automatic equipment control technology to establish a complete set of bulk storage crane unmanned system,which includes real-time modeling of the material pile,precise positioning of the crane,collaborative control technology,intelligent scheduling and crane equipment health management technology,eliminating the overhead crane driver,reducing the number of ground operators,improving the labor environment of workers,reducing labor intensity,and achieving accurate positioning through standardized operations.And through visualization and dynamic tracking of materials,the operational efficiency is improved;through optimization of material storage,multi-crane cooperative work,loading gap unloading,double car on-line and other technologies,the operational efficiency under extreme working conditions is improved.The use of information flow through to improve logistics accuracy;through the unified scheduling data information,through the whole process of production plan optimization,all-round to improve the production efficiency of the smart factory.
